We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information we collect from you. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect from you, how we use it and, in some cases, disclose it. By using this website, you are acknowledging and accepting our policies and practices.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

The type of personal information we collect depends upon why you are visiting our website. If you are a prospective resident or an applicant for employment, the information we request includes some or all of the following: name, address, age or date of birth, email address, occupation, employment information, telephone number, educational background, Social Security/national insurance number, payment card information and/or financial account information.
For both prospective residents and applicants for employment, the process also involves directing you to the websites of one or more third-party vendors. We share your personal information with these third-party vendors in order that they can assist with the services you seek. They also may independently collect additional personal information from you, and their collection and use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policies and terms of use.
Prospective residents may be asked for more information such as the service you request, the apartment size you would like, where you want to live, your building preference, your proposed rent budget, the number of individuals in your household and their ages and whether or not you have pets.
If you become a resident of a community we manage, you may be asked to provide your credit card information in order to make payments of rent and for other services. We provide these credit card services through contractual arrangements with third parties, and the personal information needed by these third parties to provide you with these services will be submitted by you directly while you are on their website. The use of your personal information by third-party service providers is governed by their privacy policies and terms of use.
For those interested in applying for employment with us, the following additional personal information may be requested: credit checks, background checks, reference checks, and employment verification. Where required, we will obtain your consent before undertaking these checks. If you accept a position, you may be asked to self-identify ethnicity or race (for the sole purpose of meeting government reporting requirements).
